The handle is really comfy to hold, even when I’m cooking for a while. It sorta makes the whole thing easier to use...

I was a little suspicious at first because the tracking looked almost too smooth, but it stayed updated the whole way and my pan showed up right on time. No complaints.

I picked up a misen knife a few weeks ago and it’s been great so far. It slices through onions, chicken, tomatoes, pretty much everything way cleaner than my old knife did. I didn’t realize how bad and dull my old one was until I used this. Struggling through basic chopping feels completely unnecessary now. It’s got a nice solid feel in the hand too, and I’m really happy with it

I had a little issue with my order, so I emailed Misen and expected the usual back-and-forth every company seems to make you deal with. But they got back to me really fast and fixed it without turning it into a whole ordeal. Super easy, and I really appreciated that.

In my experience, it heats up quickly, which I liked. The only downside is that I noticed some hot spots on my burner, so it wasn’t quite as even as I was hoping for.

I ended up ordering from misen after seeing a bunch of positive reviews and figuring I’d give them a shot. When the pan arrived, it felt solid right away, and it cooks perfectly fine. I’ve used it a handful of times now and haven’t had any real complaints with how it performs. That said, for what I paid, I think I expected it to feel a little more special or premium somehow. Shipping was fine too — not slow, not super impressive, just kind of normal. Overall, it’s definitely not a bad pan, but I’m still not totally convinced it’s the best value for the money.

I wasn’t totally sure how the warranty or return process was going to go, and I kind of expected a hassle, but they took care of it quickly. Maybe I just got lucky, but either way, they fixed the issue without making it complicated.

I bought a Misen pan a couple years back and it’s held up better than I expected. I use it often and I’m not exactly babying it, but the handle still feels sturdy and I haven’t noticed any warping or strange spots. For my kind of cooking, it’s been a really solid everyday pan. I guess if you’re looking for something super lightweight, it might depend on your preference, but for a pan that feels like it’s built to last, I’ve been happy with it.

I picked this up because my old pan was getting a little warped, this one has been great so far. It feels nice and sturdy in your hand, not flimsy at all, and it cooks really well. I’ve used it a few times already for eggs and some quick dinners after work, and I’ve been happy with it.
